This win not only silenced critics about the young Indian team, but also about the garrulous Australian media and ever provoking, sledging Australian players. Andrew symonds and Matthew Hayden ( who called harbhajan singh 'an obnoxious little weed' in a radio interview and even challenged Ishant Sharma for a boxing match) who managed to taunt harbhajan and ishant, couldnt answer after they lost fair and square.

They spatted and spitted on their own faces, the media which supported the australian players so that india should lose, couldnt just do anything more to save their faces. U r absolutely true man.These guys - the world champions, no longer carry that tag any further.They dont deserve it too.In the name of being abused , sledging , gesturing.... whatever they call it, they were just trying to make a mountain out of a mole-hill and that too with the support of the Australian media which is even more surprising!
tats y this victory is more than just a series victory. Bhajji would have been a very very happy man at the end of the day as it meant more to him than to anyone else.
This series has infact identified some of our younger heros- for e.g. praveen and ishant turned out to be the find of the tour.And probably that would have been the reason why Ishant was also dragged into this issue. But the other team mates have shown great temperment as you have mentioned.
And finally, when it is Indian cricketers whom i am talking about how can i just leave without commenting about my guy! quiet impossible isnt it! So even if it is irrelevent and even if u dont ask he was brilliant.I am not saying this because of his bowling record. It truely needs a great courage and confidence to bowl the last over and he couldnt have done a better job.Afterall its not something new for him.
