LIFE @ SLASH SUPPORT

Hi,
After a very long time, i am posting here, now that i have completed my tenure with Sutherland, am currently working for VONAGE process in Slash support, Teynampet, chennai. Life here is lot calm and stressfree. Here i am working on a process called VONAGE which deals with VOIP phones, i work here as a tier 2 agent here, decent pay hike, two days off, nice collegue, life has turned better, but couldnt take credit off Sutherland, it thought me what i am now, i learned how to speak english properly and clearly and after working for Dell, one cannot expect that i know nothing about hardware and software troubleshooting, here i am thought about networking which is an added advantage after leaning about h/w and s/w,,,, i am hoping to continue here for more than a year, hope everything turns out well,
